 Annabelle....16 inch cloth doll

Annabelle stands just about 16 inches and is completely made of cloth. Her body, which is white, is made from 100% cotton muslin. She has a "girlish" figure, with a cloth head. Her face is painted on with acrylic paints. Her "hair" is yellow yarn, handsewn onto her head and styled after a 1860's hairstyle.

Her outfit consists of pantlettes and a chemise made from the same 100% white cotton muslin, and her panaletts trimmed with a white eyelet lace. Her dress is two piece, a skirt with directional pleating on the waistband. And a bodice with a fan front pleat, coat sleeves and lined.

Introducing Ivy.....

She's a 6 inch OOAK (Original and One of A Kind) clay sculpted doll to look similiar to a period china doll head. Her body, arms and legs are cloth and filled with fiber fill. Her dress is made from a red calico fabric and part of the dress is actually sewn to the doll. She does wear a pair of 100% cotton muslin drawers.

Im in the process of reconstructing another doll's head from clay which will be about a sixteen inch doll. This doll will be named Lillie Belle. The first Lillie Belle clay sculpted head had an unfortunate accident. Which is why she is not yet ready. Her orginal head will be clay, and molded so that I can pour and handcraft more Lillie Belle's out of paper mache. Much like some of the originals.

More to come..................
